摘要(Abstract):
本文基于“技术-服务-价值”三维模型,系统探讨人工智能(AI)在医学图书馆智慧服务中的应用现状、挑战及未来发展方向。通过文献分析和案例研究,本文从技术赋能、服务创新、价值创造三个维度解构人工智能在医学图书馆信息检索、知识管理、用户服务及资源建设等领域的应用实践。研究发现,人工智能技术通过智能管理(如动态馆藏分析、自动化编目)、智能服务(如虚拟图书馆、精准学术评价)和个性化服务(如用户需求识别、空间规划优化)显著提升了服务效率与质量;同时,其社会功能延伸至公共卫生应急支持、医学教育革新与临床决策辅助,凸显了医学图书馆在知识传播与公共健康中的核心价值。然而,数据隐私、技术兼容性及复合型人才短缺等问题制约了技术的深度应用。本文提出以“技术-服务-价值”模型为框架,构建开放协同的智慧服务生态,强调加强跨学科技术融合、完善数据治理体系与培养“AI+图书馆学”复合型人才的发展路径,为医学图书馆的智能化转型与可持续发展提供理论依据与实践参考。
