摘要(Abstract)：

本文基于文本挖掘技术，结合政策文本与电力企业ESG报告的多维度分析，揭示电力行业ESG信息披露的核心问题并提出优化路径。通过对9家电力上市公司的43份ESG报告及11项国内外政策文件的TF-IDF权重计算、高频词分析与共现网络建模，发现电力行业ESG披露存在一些问题，据此提出相应的优化建议，以期为电力行业ESG披露标准完善提供理论支撑与实操方案。
