Abstract：

With the continuous intensification of global climate change issues, the "dual carbon" goals have become a key strategic guideline for China's development. China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Sinopec") holds a significant position in China's energy and chemical industry, and its production and operation activities have an impact on the environment. The proposal of the "dual carbon" goals not only brings new challenges and opportunities to Sinopec but also places it under greater social responsibility. This article mainly conducts an in-depth analysis of Sinopec's innovative practices and transformation strategies in environmental management accounting, hoping to provide certain references for other enterprises and promote the green transformation of the entire industry.
