摘要(Abstract):
随着社会老龄化的进展,帕金森患病率呈现出不断上升的趋势,帕金森病是一种复杂且具有异质性的一类神经系统疾病, 起病因素多样,有大量证据显示帕金森病的开始和加重是由于神经炎症的出现,而小胶质细胞功能的不平衡引起的α-突触核蛋白 异常积累,氧化应激,线粒体自噬等加剧了神经炎症,激活的小胶质细胞参与神经炎症,对中枢神经系统内各种损伤作出反应,所 以改善受损和过度激活小胶质细胞的功能和潜在机制可能成为治疗帕金森病的潜在模式,对PD的治疗和研究具有重要意义。
