摘要(Abstract)：

类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)是一种慢性、全身性自身免疫性疾病，以对称性多关节肿痛为典型症状，严重者 可出现关节畸形、功能丧失。RA的临床管理中血细胞一直发挥重要作用，不仅能协助疾病早期诊断，而且能够指导疾病监测、预后 评估。近年来，血细胞衍生指标逐渐受到关注，这类指标可以将不同种类血细胞结合在一起分析，为RA的疾病机制、发展过程、治 疗反应提供了新的思路。本综述通过现有的文献，对RA相关的血细胞衍生指标进行总结，为临床上对RA患者的治疗与管理提供参考。
