摘要(Abstract):
风湿性二尖瓣狭窄(Rheumatoid mitral stenosis,RMS)是风湿热炎症累及二尖瓣导致其粘连融合开放面积缩窄的一种心脏瓣膜疾病,持续进展会对RV造成结构性与功能性损伤,影响患者的生命健康。超声心动图是一种快捷、廉价、安全的心脏检查,临床上常用于风湿性二尖瓣狭窄的诊断,亦能够有效评估右心功能改变,及时发现二尖瓣狭窄患者RV功能受损。
