Research on Algorithm Optimization and Application of Intelligent Sensor Systems Basedon Machine Learning

Abstract:
Intelligent sensor systems are the core foundational carriers of modern intelligent perception systems, and the operational performance of intelligent sensor systems directly determines the quality of data perceptionand operational stability in various intelligent scenarios. Machine learning technology is a core technical meansfor empowering the technological iteration, functional upgrading, and scenario expansion of intelligent sensor systems, and the refined optimization of machine learning algorithms can continuously improve the data processing logic, feature recognition logic, and dynamic adaptation logic of intelligent sensor systems. Focusingon algorithm optimization and practical application of intelligent sensor systems, this paper systematically explores the core logic, optimization dimensions, and practical paths of adapting machine learning technology to intelligent sensor systems, reviews the application methods of various optimization algorithms in sensor data processing, state recognition, and dynamic regulation, and analyzes the directions for improving the algorithm optimization system. The research in this paper can enrich the theoretical research system in the interdisciplinary field of intelligent sensing technology and machine learning, provide systematic practical references for industry technicians to carry out algorithm iteration and scenario implementation of intelligent sensor systems, andpromote the refined, intelligent, and normalized operational development of intelligent sensing devices.
