Abstract:
Against the background of rural revitalization, Jiangxi, as the birthplace of red culture and a region rich in intangible cultural heritage (ICH) resources, is confronted with both opportunities and challenges in the protection of red genes and ICH. Taking “red genes + ICH skills + youth cultural and creative industries + rural revitalization” as the main line, this paper sorts out the characteristics of resources and analyzes the pain points of youth cultural and creative practices through literature research and field investigation methods. It constructs an empowerment path of “content creation -practice participation - value transformation” and a safeguard mechanism of “ideology - policy - skills -funds”, aiming to solve the problems of cultural resource separation and demand mismatch, further enrich its theoretical system, and provide a referable practical sample for youth cultural and creative industries to empower rural areas.
