Abstract：

In the context of globalization, English has become an indispensable tool for international communication, leading to rapid growth in the language training industry. However, an increasing number of practitioners in this field lack adequate English literature literacy, which significantly impacts teaching quality. This paper investigates the situation of English literature literacy among language training professionals and explores effective approaches to enhance their literary competence. Through a mixed-methods research design, this study identifies critical gaps in literature knowledge and pedagogical application among practitioners.
