Abstract:
In the context of the profound integration of digital empowerment into the field of education, the digital transformation of physical education teaching evaluation in primary and secondary schools has emerged as a prominent topic in deepening the integration of sports and education and achieving educational modernization. Through the utilization of literature analysis and logical deduction methods, this paper conducts a systematic exploration of the transformation logic, technical pathways, and practical challenges of physical education teaching evaluation empowered by digital technology. The findings suggest that the data-driven evaluation, characterized by an innovative transformation logic, transcends the constraints of traditional experience. It facilitates the transformation of the evaluation paradigm from a "result-oriented" approach to an "evidence-based decision-making" model via dynamic monitoring, precise quantification, and multidimensional correlation analysis. The technical route is centered around the AI scoring system for optimizing the standardized diagnosis of actions, the big data platform for supporting comprehensive quality assessment, the Internet of Things devices for realizing dynamic monitoring of exercise load, and the home-school coordination mechanism for promoting the establishment of an evaluation closed-loop. Practical countermeasures encompass reducing the technical threshold by developing lightweight equipment and adapting algorithms, cultivating teachers' digital literacy in a hierarchical manner to resolve the dilemma of "emphasizing theory over practice," and establishing a "policy-technology-resource" coordination mechanism to address regional imbalances. It is suggested that cross-sectoral policy coordination be strengthened to optimize the allocation of digital infrastructure, the data governance framework be improved to balance the weights of quantitative and qualitative evaluations, teachers' digital literacy training be deepened to enhance the application efficiency of digital empowerment, and a dynamic resource allocation mechanism be established to ensure the inclusiveness of the transformation. This is intended to offer theoretical support and practical references for the modern transformation of physical education evaluation in primary and secondary schools.
