摘要(Abstract)：

食管癌作为全球高发的恶性肿瘤，以高死亡率和低生存期严重危害了人类的生存和发展。其早期诊断和精准预后评估对改善患者生存率至关重要。近年来，预测模型广泛地用于各个领域，然而该领域尚未有全面分析预测模型在食管癌领域发展的综述。本研究通过文献计量学方法，分析了预测模型在食管癌研究领域的发展趋势、研究热点及未来方向。本研究从Web Of Science核心数据库中检索了2010年至2025年关于食管癌与预测模型相关的文章，利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace等可视化工具展开可视化分析，对 国家、机构、期刊、作者、关键词、被引文献等层次定量与定性分析。本研究纳入了1061篇文章，论文来自于51个国家1421个机构的7076名作者，发表在371种期刊上，中国在该领域是最大的贡献国家，以山东大学、南京医科大学和中山大学为中心的研究机构处于学术研究前沿机构，Wang Y F和ba hideo处于高生产力作者中的核心。对免疫疗法、新辅助化疗（术前新辅助化疗）等治疗应答预测和总生存期的预测是该领域当前的热点和未来的前景所在。
