摘要(Abstract)：

对来自苏北高校不同专业的 30位大学生进行深度访谈，运用扎根理论的研究方法，构建苏北高校大学生社区养老志愿服 务驱动模型。该模型包括政策制度、宣传引导、资源约束、价值实现、自我提升、效力感知、责任使命、高校支持、父母支持、同伴支 持10个主范畴。内外部驱动因素通过参与意愿的中介作用和感知支持的调节效应驱动大学生参与社区养老服务。
