摘要(Abstract)：

本研究通过整合统一技术采纳与使用理论（UTAUT）和社会认知理论（SCT），研究影响银龄教师的学习意愿。结果显示，绩效期望对银龄教师数字技术学习意愿具有显著正向作用；而努力期望、社会影响则对学习意愿产生负向影响；数字自我效能感具有中介作用，但在促进条件和学习意愿之间不具有中介作用。本研究不仅扩展了相关理论的运用，也为学校提升银龄教师数字素养提供了理论依据和实践指导。
